Sherene & Co Ltd ('us' or 'we') is the parent company of which Mokkah sits under. Our registered office is 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR. Our company registration number is 11644106 and was registered in London. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our Site.
Registering on our site
To gain full access to our website you will need to register with us. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete. Terms of Sale
When placing an order on our Site you agree to our full Terms and Conditions. After you place an order, you will be taken to a page which confirms your details, your order, and your order reference number. However, this does NOT mean that your order has been accepted as all card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer.
We take payment on the day your order has been placed and once your details have been verified you will receive your 'Order Confirmation' email. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order is when we dispatch your order and completion of said agreement between yourself and us is when you receive the goods.
We will send you an Order Shipped email confirming when your order has been posted and supply you with your tracking number. Up until the point of dispatch your order may be subject to further validation checks.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply any person for any reason at any time at our sole discretion, including, but not limited to, our inability to obtain authorisation for payment. We will not be liable to you or any third party if we choose to withdraw any merchandise from our Site; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on our Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
The product images on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we try to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that the colour will accurately display on every device. Our products may vary slightly from those images.
Pricing and VAT
Prices on our website include VAT and all UK/EU orders are subject to VAT payments.
For international customers, the cost of VAT will be deducted from your shipping summary. You will be provided with a full breakdown of costs to ensure this has been carried out.
All orders will be charged in British Pounds (GBP).
We accept payments via Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Applepay, Googlepay or Paypal. The billing address given must match that of the card used.
Payment will be taken from your account upon receipt of your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card or payment method being used is yours or that of someone who has given you prior consent.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Sherene & Co Ltd, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Orders placed using PayPal will only be dispatched if the sale qualifies for PSP (PayPal Seller Protection). This additional level of protection reduces the risk of internet fraud by ensuring the addresses provided are verified by PayPal, we therefore reserve the right to cancel the sale if the order does not qualify for this cover.
We will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third-party databases. By registering on this Site, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions and consenting to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. We can confirm that this is done only to confirm your identity, a credit check is not performed and your credit rating will not be affected.
All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Dispatch and Delivery
Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail.
Delivery is chargeable with the customer having two options at checkout; standard tracked (delivered within 3 business days) or next day delivery where orders much be placed before 12pm.
The prices listed are the rates provided by the carrier and are subject to change without notice.
EU/International/ Rest of the World Delivery
Your order will be delivered via either Royal Mail or UPS.
Your order typically arrives within 7 business days of order shipment.
By placing an order via our website, you agree and understand that we are not responsible for any additional custom fees or charges that may be issued by the country of which the parcel is being delivered.
We aim deliver within the timeframes stated however you understand that, factors outside of our control could prevent us from delivering on time. At peak times we may lengthen estimated delivery times or suspend next day delivery options.
We are responsible for each package until it is delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods transfers to you. If a signature/return is accepted at the delivery address you have specified, then you accept that this signature/acceptance constitutes evidence of delivery and responsibility for the goods transfers to you in the same way.
If the parcel you receive is damaged or has been tampered with please check the contents before accepting it from the courier and reject the package if there are items missing. Please then report this to us directly at: firstname.lastname@example.org, within 24 hours of delivery and we will ensure to fully investigate the matter with our couriers.
Return and Refund Policy
In the unlikely event you wish to return your purchase, you are able to request a return within 14 days of delivery. Upon return acceptance, you’ll then have a further 14 days to ship the item to us.
To request a return you will need to email us at email@example.com with your full name, order number and reason for return. All returns will need to be pre-approved.
Goods received where the terms and conditions and return instructions have not been followed, may be rejected and returned to you at the original shipping address.
Your refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received however please allow up to 14 days from the date we confirm receipt, for your account to be credited. Your funds will be returned via the original payment method.
We are unable to refund any applicable taxes, duties or shipping charges incurred on returned items. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable. If you need to return an item purchased with a gift card, the return value will be issued as store credit.
Returns Terms and Conditions
If you find you need to make a return, you need to ensure you have followed our return instructions and terms and conditions.
Where we have provided designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags, these need to be included with your return.
Items should be returned new, unused and in perfect condition with all MOKKAH tags and stickers still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.
You must try the shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoebox as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted, and will be sent back to the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with our terms and conditions. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, we will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Please make sure that the returns form we send to you upon acceptance of your refund, is enclosed with your goods. If you do not include the form this may result in your return not being processed.
Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer free returns.
To request a return please follow the instructions above and we will contact you to confirm whether your request for return has been accepted. If we accept your return, you will receive an email from us with your return postage label and a shipping form which you will need to include in the return shipment.

Returns (EU/International/Rest of the World)
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns.
When returning unwanted items, you will be liable for the cost of posting it back to us.
You will need to contact us before sending items back in order for us to confirm acceptance of your return. To request a return please follow the instructions at the top of this page and we will contact you to confirm whether your request for return has been accepted. If accepted, we will supply you with a return shipping form that you will need to include inside your shipment.

Please Note: We highly recommend that you return packages via an insured and tracked service and retain your receipt until your refund has been fully processed. We will not be liable for any custom fees or taxes associated with receiving your package. Should we need to pay a fee to retrieve your return, this fee will be deducted from your refund.
We cannot be responsible for any returns damaged, stolen or lost in transit.
Cancelling Your Order
Customers based in the EU have a right to cancel an entire order with us under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, providing you give us written notification within 14 days of receiving your product.
Written notification needs to be sent to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your notification must specify that you wish to cancel the entire order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Products need to be shipped within 14 days of us accepting your notification to cancel your order.
We truly hope you don’t have to issue a complaint but in case you do please do so in writing to: email@example.com
We aim to provide you with a full response within 48 hours however some additional time may be needed if further investigation is required.
